　　服務(wù)篇：提高自身服務(wù)意識，熱情待客;

　　技巧篇：主動留評，適當(dāng)提醒。

　　1、可以通過給速賣通買家發(fā)郵件要好評;

　　2、給買家發(fā)優(yōu)惠券要好評;

　　3、包裹里用A4紙打印寫出好評返現(xiàn)字樣，并貼入店鋪二維碼。
